PEDIATRIC  DENTISTRY

Deciduous teeth. Young permanent teeth.

Children's oral health begins at an early age with the adoption of proper oral hygiene habits. You can bring your child to the first examination after the first teeth erupt to get information about the importance of preventive measures such as proper brushing, choosing toothpaste and toothbrush, avoiding inappropriate habits. In doing so, the child gets acquainted

with the dentist and the office and thus avoids, unfortunately often,
"fear of the dentist." In order to prevent the development of caries, as one of the most common diseases of deciduous and young permanent
teeth, we also recommend certain
 preventive measures.

Fissure sealing prevents the formation of caries on the biting surfaces of the premolars and molars, where caries most often occurs at a younger age.

Fluoridation is an effective method of caries prevention because fluoride protects enamel of the tooth making it more resistant and stimulates remineralization of the enamel thus stopping the initial caries.
